Classes Now Available
7 Rounds (Introductory Class)
This 1 hour class will teach you the basics of boxing. You will learn how to wrap your hands, the proper stance and the 6 basic punches. During the intro class we will also give you a taste of the main class called 15 Rounds.
This trainer led 1 hour class starts with 3 rounds of warm up, 8 rounds of bag work, 3 rounds of core work and ends with 1 round of cool down. Each round is 3 minutes with 1 minute rest in between rounds.
30 Min Knockdown
Our 30 Min Knockdown class is an intense, fast paced workout. A half an hour in length, it consists of 8 rounds of cardio boxing, with no warm up or core rounds. Preceded by a two minute stretch, each round is 3 minutes in length, and there is a 30 second rest in between each. It will be optional if you choose to take your rest, or work through it. Everybody moves at their own pace, so we encourage you to try a 30 Minute Knockdown! It’s a quick way to get in and out, all while having fun and burning a couple hundred calories!
Rock Steady Boxing
Rock Steady Boxing is a boxing class that helps enables individuals with Parkinson’s disease to fight back against their disease by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness that helps improve their quality of life. Classes are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Monday and Tuesday classes are separated based on class level. Wednesday and Thursday classes are all levels.
