Frequently Asked Question on
What do I do if my knuckles hurt?
A few members may experience knuckle pain. To an extent, this goes hand in hand with the sport. However, there are things you can do to help. Make sure you have a nice relaxed fist when you are punching. You should not clench too hard. Taking some hand wrap support off of your wrist and putting a little extra on your knuckles may help as well. Of course, ice them down and take a day off. And finally, try not to punch so hard!
If I sign in for class on my MindBody app, do I still need to check in at the front desk when I arrive?
When you arrive at the club, just stop at the front desk and make sure there is a little check mark next to your name. If there isn’t, check the little box. That means that you’ve actually arrived and made it for your class!
What if I can’t make the introductory session?
Just come to a regular 15 Rounds class! We have videos under the How to Gallery that will teach you how to stand, move, and throw the six basic punches. Those will give you a head start. In addition, if you arrive for class early, one of our trainers can briefly review the technique with you before class begins!
What do I need to bring for my first class?
