Richard Mushinsky, owner of Fit 4 Boxing Club, has been active in boxing for over 30 years and was an accomplished amateur boxer. Rich has a passion for boxing and motivating others. For the last 15 years, Rich has been a trainer and fitness coach at several boxing and cross fit gyms. Our goal at Fit 4 Boxing Club is to motivate and empower each member to meet / exceed their health and fitness goals. Our product, processes, and people will allow you to succeed. Fit 4 Boxing Club is known as Rock Steady Pittsburgh, where we specialize in creating a warm, family environment for members living with Parkinson's Disease. We're Pittsburgh's first Rock Steady Boxing gym that accommodates all levels of people with Parkinson's.

At Fit 4 Boxing Club, there is never a need to sign up in advance or pre-register for Fitness Boxing classes. We can accommodate large class sizes, so we don't save spots and we never turn anybody away! Just show up for class and punch in at the front desk when you arrive.
