Boxing provides one of the best and most rewarding forms of exercise. Our 15 Rounds® class is proven to build and tone muscle, burn calories, strengthen cardiovascular health, and relieve stress. Each three minute boxing round contains everything a fighter would do to train for a fight except for actually fight. Our contact free workout is suitable for all ages and all experience levels. Everything we do can be modified, and everything we do is work at your own pace.

The 15 Rounds® format consists of three warm up rounds, eight rounds of boxing, three rounds of core work, and a cool down stretch. 7 Rounds (Introductory Class)

This 1 hour class will teach you the basics of boxing. You will learn how to wrap your hands, the proper stance and the 6 basic punches. During the intro class we will also give you a taste of the main class called 15 Rounds.

15 Rounds

This trainer led 1 hour class starts with 3 rounds of warm up, 8 rounds of bag work, 3 rounds of core work and ends with 1 round of cool down. Each round is 3 minutes with 1 minute rest in between rounds.

30 Min Knockdown

Our 30 Min Knockdown class is an intense, fast paced workout. A half an hour in length, it consists of 8 rounds of cardio boxing, with no warm up or core rounds. Preceded by a two minute stretch, each round is 3 minutes in length, and there is a 30 second rest in between each. It will be optional if you choose to take your rest, or work through it. Everybody moves at their own pace, so we encourage you to try a 30 Minute Knockdown! It’s a quick way to get in and out, all while having fun and burning a couple hundred calories!

Kids Club

Our kid’s class is for children ages 8-12. We teach all the basics of boxing including stance, fundamental movement, punches, footwork and defensive moves. The one hour class is designed to be fun and also a great workout for the kids. It is a good team building experience as well, as we do different partner and team drills. We often finish up with a game at the end of class.

Fit 4 Life Senior Boxing

Our Fit 4 Life senior class is for ages 60+. You’re never too old to learn how to box! This is an hour long trainer led boxing workout which consists of several different low impact exercises. Everything we do is modifiable, and everything is work at your own pace. The class is interactive, engaging, and effective, and our trainers are here for your support.

Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing is an emotional and rigorous exercise program designed to help those living with Parkinson's Disease. Here at Fit 4 Boxing Club, we are known as Rock Steady Pittsburgh, where we specialize in creating a strongly bonded family type of atmosphere. There is a camaraderie here that you won't find anywhere else. As the first Rock Steady Boxing gym in Pittsburgh, and the second in the state of Pennsylvania, we have several hundred members that have been evaluated and joined our Rock Steady group. Offering classes 5 days a week, we accommodate all levels of people with Parkinson's. We believe in helping anybody in any way we can. Private Lessons

One on one training is an excellent way to better your health and fitness level and your overall lifestyle. We offer private boxing training as well as private strength training with a personal trainer. Our trainers are supportive, caring, and sure to push you to be the best that you can be. Whether you want to tune up your boxing skill, learn the sweet science, hit the mitts and interact with a trainer, or build and tone muscle, one on one private lessons are the way to go!
