Testimonials

"We have been members at the Hampton Fit4 Boxing Club for several years and have enjoyed everything that the Club offers. The workouts are tough but they have greatly improved our fitness and energy levels. While the exercise sessions are one of the main reasons we like the Club so much, it is the staff and membership that makes the Club so special. Fit4 Boxing allows you to get in better shape while enjoying the comradery and friendship of others. It is great to see the increasing membership of the Hampton location and we are also happy to see the recent expansion to Murrysville. We are both strong advocates of Fit4 Boxing Club and look forward to many more future workouts."

"I joined Fit 4 Boxing over a year ago. The classes are challenging but they are so much fun! The instructors are top-notch and I like that you never have the same work-out twice. Rich and his crew are always improving the gym whether it’s by adding a new class or introducing some new equipment. They keep the work-outs fresh. In addition, what they are doing for Parkinson’s patients is truly inspiring – they are really making a difference in these people’s lives."

"All it took was walking through the door at Fit 4 to know that this time, it was going to be different. I have dealt with fluctuating weight for as long as I can remember. I kept asking myself the same questions...Didn't I want it bad enough? Wasn't I motivated enough? Why couldn't I just stick to it? But the answer was simple. What I was doing was not sustainable, because I didn't enjoy it. It was a task that I rarely wanted to take on. I would go to the gym because I forced myself, but as many people know, that doesn't last very long.

Fit 4 is different.

The staff are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. Talking with with any of them is like talking to someone that you have known forever. They are passionate, helpful, and charismatic. They will push you, but will never let you fail. They truly make Fit 4 special.

I've taken A LOT of workout classes in my life, and none compare to a 15 rounds class at Fit 4. The energy and motivation that fills the room is something that I have never experienced. To be a member of Fit 4 is to be a part of an amazing team of staff and clients that push you to be the best that you can possibly be.

I look forward to walking into the gym every single time because I know that even if I go in feeling defeated, I will leave feeling like I can defeat anything. To find something that is effective, fun, and motivating is sometimes all it takes to change your life, because I know it has changed mine.

To be a part of Fit 4 boxing is to be part of something that is bigger than yourself, and I am so thankful to call myself a part of the Fit 4 family!"

"I have been working with Rich for over 5 years and the regular training with non contact boxing has lessened my Parkinson’s symptoms dramatically; the tremors are almost nonexistent. I have physical strength whereas I previously experienced overall weakness. I no longer suffer the sudden drops of energy that I felt prior to non contact boxing. In addition to non contact boxing, regular weight training and a stretching routine have been very helpful in alleviating my Parkinson’s symptoms. I also attribute improved alertness, mental clarity, and physical balance to my daily exercise routine, however, there is no doubt in my mind that the single most important contributing factor to my improvement has been non contact boxing; it has brought me back to an almost normal lifestyle to where I am able to enjoy my family, friends, and most importantly the ability to play with my grandchildren."
